The benefits are obvious when you have to communicate with only one single printing partner for multiple European events – saving you huge amounts of time.  And – as always – when you are working with us at Copenhagen Print, we literally take things personally by keeping all project dialogue and communication with yourself & your colleagues and partners by human interaction. Because we know, that when placing an order from abroad in advance of your event, you must feel comfortable during the entire process leading all way up to delivery of your printed items.

When it comes to production, logistics and shipping, we naturally at any given time, take advantage of every new technology and automation routine which makes sense to have things work out even more smoothly than the day before.

And as an additional benefit working with Copenhagen Print as single point of contact, of course consistency in print quality from event to event across countries is assured as well.

Just plan with additional 3 - 6 business days turnaround time for shipping ahead of your event (depending on European destination), and you are all set. The European Union (EU) currently includes 27 countries with seamless traffic of goods between borders, and for non-EU countries in Europe (marked with white colour in the map below), we will even handle the customs declaration of shipments.
